Stratton Chalet w/ Golf Simulator and Hot Tub

This massive 4000 sqft chalet on 6 acres of pristine land is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun ski weekend or just a relaxing reset. The home is equipped with 8 beds (1 King, 5 queens, 2 twin XLs), a hot tub, a golf simulator, and a fire pit. The property is a 10 minute drive from Stratton Mountain and extremely private. We are pet-friendly, but if bringing animals please note it on the booking request with number of guests. On the first floor of this house you have two bedrooms, one equipped with a king and another equipped with a queen. Also on this floor you have the living room with a mounted 55" smart TV, comfortable sofa and living space, a chef's kitchen with a stainless steel table, a large dining room table and two bathrooms. There is a dedicated room with a golf simulator for golfers that want to work on their game and a custom WFH space with an 8' conference table and four 27" 4K monitors with HDMI/USB-C adapters. Please note that the golf simulator room is not connected to central heat, but if is directly adjacent to the heated master bedroom - if you open the doors to the room it should help warm it up during cold winter days. Additionally - given the ceiling height (10 feet) we would not recommend using a driver with the simulator. On the back deck there is also a hot tub that guests can use at their leisure and in the front yard there is an outdoor firepit. A fireplace is located in the living room should you want additional heating and there are 3 AC units on the top floor. Please note that we don’t stock firewood so if you want to use this you should bring your own. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher for your use. We also have a washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use. On the bottom floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a queen and twin XL, and the last one has two queens. The back deck on the first floor does come equipped with a hot tub that guests are welcome to use. As for parking the main house has 2 garage spots that guests can use. The driveway is quite long and can hold probably 6-8 additional cars, but it is relatively narrow so they'd have to be parked single file. The property itself is on 6 acres of isolated land and completely private and is extremely close to a wildlife management area with a small network of trails that is perfect for walking.
